A story of hope, perseverance and purpose, this 1994 movie by Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman is truly inspiring and thought-provoking.
"Salvation lies within." It's up to you to embrace it, because it's already been given to you by God. It's your choice. No one else can force you to do anything, neither can you blame anyone after doing something; it's your decision and choice to begin with.
There is hope in all we do. "Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies." Have hope, even in the worst of circumstances. Things could have been worse. It's God's way of training us up and giving us the opportunity to be exposed to different things, so that we can better serve His greater purpose.

The worst has yet to come.
