God is wonderful; He's given me a lot of rest so that I can rest my sprained ankle. Although it still hurts (and training often negates the effects of my painkillers), thank You Lord, for rest and for peace.
Even this evening is a privilege from the Lord, that I may be able to eat at home. A night's out was granted after our motorbike briefing at Kaki Bukit.
Yet, all these are short-lived. When the bike course ends, there my challenges begin.
I am encouraged, however, by 2 Corinthians 4. For "We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed." "Therefore we do not lose heart."
Thank You, Jesus.

Hosanna in the Highest!
